if it helps i discovered that you can run the washing machines for short times, my favourite is 30 minutes and i put like 1kg of stuff in it, and do it almost daily
turns out that using a towel once is actually quite nice
though i started doing that because of persistent skin infections caused by type 2 diabetes
but that feeling, the perfect clean dry towel that was just out in the sun yesterday, yeah, it's the best
