We’ve actually started buying chicken skin because Polyface has begun to sell it separately as well. We just cook it up like bacon 🤤

It’s a great idea but quality varies. The first package was all super great thin crispy skins, but the second one, bought the same day, all the skins were weirdly thick and didn’t really crisp up 🤷🏻‍♀️ hoping the quality is generally like the first since we already bought two more packages 😂
