Which oven did you go with?

Aside from building my own wood fired oven, I've been looking at pizza oven options.

This is the Ooni Karu 12G. It is multi fuel so can run it on wood, coal, or gas. I will try it tomorrow for the first time.

Because of the multi fuel option, that is definitely one I am looking at.

Might need to practice a couple of times but I will update on the progress

Anything worth doing generally does. Looking forward to your findings.

(I typically make 4 or 5 large pizzas from scratch for my family every Friday. It took a number of failures to find what works)
