If Brazilian food is bland what is Irish and English food then? Just asking for a friend 🤔

Youve never been to Brazil have you? I live in the UK. Brazilians would consider English mustard some sort of mass extinction level event. Theyd probably consider baked beans to be too spicy. I couldn't believe it. It is absurd. I think they're scared of salt or something. You have to go just to witness it lol
A yellow thing that tastes of nothing.
Followed by a dry thing that tastes of nothing. A dry yellow thing. It also tastes of nothing.
I thought I was hallucinating. It's like a form of torture.
Meanwhile they're all telling you 'you must try, is delicious' and it's literally a bit of cardboard painted yellow.
Haha plantains 😂
I have had plantains before, I like Jamaican food..they do taste of something. I was thinking of some other stuff. But yeah they still have this weird process of zapping away the flavour out of things which normally have flavour too. It's like some sort of evil magic lolol.
Jerk chicken might kill a Brazilian. They simply wouldn't be able to process the first bite.
Plantain is a bit bland tho tbf lol.
But they have stuff which looks and tastes like sand. But without the salt.
Haha that’s awesome. I haven’t been so I was curious. Usually travel to Europe but have been to few spots in central/South America
It's funny cos Peruvian food is amazing. Obviously mexican is world famous too. But Brazil and maybe Colombia too actually, they are the odd ones out. They hate flavour lol.
Haha that is exactly what spurred my question. I’m like dang. Mexican food is my jam, love Cuban, and Peruvian food, so I figured it would be good, but apparently Brazilian food don’t fucks lol 😂
