spam will continue until nostriches learn the importance of paid relays. I've seen most have nostr.wine only, and few have 2 or 3 at most. Probably I'm the few rares that joined a lot in the first months of being in nostr, and stop bitching about it because probably you have more sats than me to pay at least 8 paid relays in one go.

using 10 I lie, I was using more but stop serving nostr :/
filter.nostr.wine sometimes I remove that just to experience only paid relays it's pretty zen but pretty empty if tell you the truth.
With exception to nostr.wine and nostr.land these are all 1 time payments. I've got doubts to the sustainability of that
🤔 but then it will be only using big relays, wasn't the point decentralize everything than just thinking about money. besides even if none 1 time payments don't guarantee the service be complete hence the rugg pull of nostrplebs email service I experience.
just an observation.
yes, need more usage of different relays and efficient use of the relay list metadata. your current list would have you getting from nostr.wine, relay.nostr.band, relay.primal.net, relay.mostr.pub and adult.18plus.social
its still early in this as some clients use static relay lists while others use the relay list metadata. may work out better in the coming months
