Ok it works! It turns out for bridging the profile creation are indeed to compose a note first although it won't always shows any notes from Nostr into Fediverse due to Activitypub are can't always showing any further notes ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 
I'm also bridged, but I don't even care if they show a few of my posts from Nostr
