"Eugenics" is simply understanding how to use evolution in a way to promote qualities of a race or species. Today, we promote everything good or bad. Promoting the bad produces many costly and burdensome outcomes. This continues and promotes dysgenics, which is unnatural because evolution doesn't favor the survival of dysgenic creatures. Man breaks this natural cycle when he expends tremendous amounts of time, materials, and effort attending to the needs of the dysgenic. The more dysgenics there are, the larger the burden on society. This cannot last because it is unnatural.
Yes, I agree that people can justify doing a lot of awful things by cloaking it in religion.
Rights can be suppressed in ways that make the suppression appear to be something else. For example, the US government didn't cancel the social media accounts of many people during covid, it was the social media companies that did it (at the behest of the government). The government got away with trampling on the FIrst Amendment because "private social media companies can cancel whoever they want". The same goes for governments importing a large number of foreigners into our countries fully knowing that doing so adds negative stresses to our birthrates.
