Thank you
I started listening to Katy Bowman's book "whole body barefoot". From the getgo, she says it takes 100 steps to get to barefoot shoes.
Thank you

Just finished this podcast that has a ton of great information about the foot, footwear, strength, mobility, etc.
Awesome, thank you Zach!
I'll give it a listen.
I ended up buying some barefoot shoes on Amazon.
They're not the barefoot of the extreme. They have wide toe boxes, are zero drop but usually with an insole and I added the 3/4 Dr. Scholl's arch support that's not too hard or rigid. So far it's working out.
And I got a pair of xero (They're definitely not all created equal.) which is working rn.
It's been a long time! How are those Xero shoes working out?
