Start with never missing a sunrise outside or with a window open the rest of your life, if possible. Cloudy or not. (Without glasses ๐ or contacts and with maximum skin exposed as comfortable). Bare feet touching Earth for bonus points and effectiveness.
Pair that with dimming your environments as dark as functional (and safe) after sunset and before sunrise. Consider amber or red tinted glasses if itโs tough to control bright LED lighting at night.
