How can we pool these zaps to help each other out? Like everyone that I follow and follows me pick a few plebs to help out based on their needs and zap them 100k sats or more. Maybe to help out on a light bill or groceries. Child care, hospital bills etc... Is something like that set up already that I'm not aware of?

Found it from a recent Reddit post, I think the webpage says Venmo but you could easily use bitcoin instead.
Although what you probably want is more like a crowdfunding thing?
