Perhaps we need to move onto dynamic lists (not summon everyone everytime). Seems pointless to tag everyone all the time

I still want ability to quarantine notifications on specific threads to their own tab. Non circle ones get lost in the shuffle sometimes
We already have that. Settings/notifications. Hide notifications with more than x npubs tagged. Slide it to 10 and you temporarily hide it
