I pulled out some dumbbells I hadn’t lifted in a while. I was surprised at how easy it was to get back in it - I could lift without issues, as strong as ever 💪
Then I realized that was the weight I adjusted to last time I tried to lift and couldn’t budge the usual amount I used to lift 🤣
