Mainly Manhattan of course but probably all of them but the majority black ones like the Bronx. Even then, though, blacks had much more dignity and were quite civilized and pleasant to deal with, we didnt really have an overt race issue in the US until the 2000s even the 90s were quite amicable relation wise. I've only seen vids of the Manhattan borough.
