what shitcoin can compete with lightning? speed and fee wise? i don't think they'd have a super easy time doing it.

Fee agreed, I’ve been using LN for free on my DCA from Kraken. Don’t expect it to be forever but I’ll take it. In speed I think it’s too soon to say LN will be the fastest.
I think the most important thing about LN is the security is actually pegged to the native #Bitcoin Network (layer-1), it's not always about the low fee and speed
