I guess if you start to count calories, and write up every calorie you eat, if you really do it, the effort could decrease the eating snacks here and there. At least I saw it helped someone. Maybe it can help you.
Also if you count the calories, you can eat them, but in a measured way. Also if you count calories, you will add edible calories when you do sport, so it can motivate to do sports to drink a beer or eat some snack ๐ The goal is not the best, but the outcome is. ๐
