If you are flashing GrapheneOS yourself, I don't see how it matters (unless you are afraid of targetted attacks).
As long as you get a Pixel and run GrapheneOS, its all good. Even if you get one like our Phi Daisy, you can erase it once you obtain one and feel the comfort of that security.
