Lot size on real estate listings in Hawaii is expressed in square feet instead of parts of an acre. Any other locale that does this?

Coastal Southern California, where non-HOA non-tract homes are rare and it costs a fortune to have anything larger than a 1/4 acre.

Did not realize that but makes sense. I guess .075 acres on a listing would not be that enticing.

Yeah SoCal here too. Just don’t ever have homes on large enough lots to use portions of an acre. Sounds too small on listings lol 🤷‍♂️✌️
