Made butter chicken meatballs for dinner. Thought I had cauli rice in the freezer so I didn't cook rice...no cauli rice, so we just had the meatballs and cauiflower florets in sauce. Was tasty and the kid loved it. Meatballs are a fun and quick way to try new foods for the kid.

Never heard of butter chicken meatballs. So just ground chicken, and you add butter?
I worked with a Syrian guy who used to make butter chicken. it had pine nuts and mint in it. something different?
No mint or pine nuts in this recipe, it's very basic and entry level but really tasty.
Indian butter chicken, but with meatballs instead of pieces of chicken. The recipe I used is curry powder, garam masala, coriander, salt and pepper, ginger, crushed tomatoes, stock, butter, and half & half for the sauce. It's mild but so flavorful.
