"Not One" that is a bold claim

I can empathize for people who:

1. Know their desires are bad

2. Actively work on getting better

3. DO NOT act on their sinful desires

At the end of the day, I'm never letting them near my kids or any other kid.

If someone fantasizes about shooting up a Mall, I'm not gonna be near them when they have a gun or when they are at the Mall
