I lived there for almost 2 years. It is a shit show. The cops know the vandals, drug dealers, prostitutes, etc. They know! But they don’t care. They don’t move a finger.

It is on purpose. I am pretty sure some of them are being paid to be quiet. Either that or we are confusing what’s the police job. Maybe their job is not to protect citizens and public things. Maybe their job is to only act and protect what they are told.
