Yes, i wash the leaves, spread them on a towel and let them dry for a while, then spread them on a cookie sheet to roast. I just looked up some vids. on YT. To me, the most tedious part was removing the leaves after I go out and harvest branches. But I do think its a worthwhile skill to have, plus it tastes good. I've noticed there are companies selling it now, not cheap.

Yeah. We have a company here in Florida. I tried one of their blends. It's good, but expensive. The youpon grows wild here in some places, so no reason why I can't get some plants and grow my own.
