Having a button to login with nostr doesn’t make it a nostr client.
More like nostr-adjacent.
Nostr clients generate nostr events and are compatible with any other nostr client that can make use of those events.
It's almost like there's a reason to normalize the term "NIAM" for Nostr Identity and Authentication Management.
