Only oils you should be using is avocado, olive,coconut, ghee, lard, REAL butter those are the healthiest options.

I'll have to research which works best for baking, as that's one of my wife's big concerns.😁

My house uses avocado. My lady makes baked good on the side for fun and avocado seems to work the best.
