As we saw with covid, there isn't an institution in the world that safeguards those rights, thats impossible. Human rights don't really exist. It's 'peace at the end of a gun' if you are lucky enough to be born in the right part of the societal cycle.

Even the right to own a gun has to be taken by force and with it, you can negotiate for better times.
