I love that "fiat" is used as pejorative by #Bitcoin folk. Soon the rest of the world will use it that way too.

I love that “fiat” has entered a lot of people’s vocabulary whether neutral or negative (rarely positive).

Many still think I’m linking the car manufacturer with bitcoin… 🙄

Ive had to end up explaining the insult before. So it also works at a converstion starter.

I said something along the lines of "what a bunch of fiat bullshit" and got asked to explain what I ment by that.
