Opened Xitter for a minute. All the usual “very serious people” are posting about bear markets, charts, lines, moving averages, M2 money supply, yield curves, blech… 🤮

I learned so much about nothing from Twitter.
Why not? They seem fine
The doom scroll keeps them salivating while the endless engagement is monetized.
Zooming out we know the end of fiat is inevitable so what’s the point of fiddling in the daily fud?
Nostr focuses our frame and puts community and action first.
My Xitter feed is filled more with people criticizing the Canadian government. Since monetization, there are a lot more stupid tweets, in the hopes of more X bucks.
It's sad to see, because Twitter used to be a fun place. I am pleased to say that there seem to be more "fun" people on #nostr.
I haven't been there yet today.
I won't be in a rush.
