Get ups for sure. Depending on your injuries of course. Iโm doing mostly jerks, clean and press, and front squats, all with doubles. If you are powerlifting type guy, check out Donny Thompson he rehabbed his injuries with kettlebells and does all kinds of stuff.
Strongfirst is a great resource, Brett Jones in particular when it comes to rehab.
