used to recommend #alby + #zeus for onboarding (as a cheap fee custodial wallet for zaps on #nostr) ...until alby dropped the ball a couple weeks ago and stopped supporting one tap zapping over #amethyst when connected to #orbot/tor.

now it's just zeus (node in a phone) for onboarding 🔥

i can't recommend alby to noobs anymore until they actually care about fixing what used to work. smh. alby support, your "sorry we can't help with that because cloudflare" reply just doesn't cut it.

Is “node in the phone” mean connecting to my node over Tor or is it something else?

No it means the lightning node is in your phone when you're using the #Zeus app.

Nice. I’ve heard of it and have been wondering about it as it wasnt an option in Zeus for me. Now I see I’m running V.7.7 stable. Looks like embedded node is in V0.8 beta release on graphene.
