To a further point Bitcoin IS and always be used by people you don’t like. This includes the network and it being used in a way people don’t like.

Pearl clutching isn’t a sound strategy.

Can’t we distinguish between the Bitcoin network being used by people you or I don’t like (fine), or being used to purchase things which you or I disapprove of (fine), and the Bitcoin network being used to do things other than sending payments?
