Per the ongoing conversation about Nostr adoption: as a kid, I remember being completely fascinated by the GPL and PGP. I knew one guy who understood the GPL, and only exchanged PGP keys with two people in the 90’s. Doesn’t matter. They were great then, and are still great now. That there is slow or minimal adoption doesn’t negate the absolute superiority of the design or the philosophy behind it.
