People always conflate privacy with secrecy. Privacy is when the bully is UNABLE to steal your lunch money, thus depriving you of lunch and all your other rights. Secrecy is what empowers the bully when he threatens anyone who tells on him. This is why it's called state secrets. We all know who the bully is. Why can't we empower everyone with secrecy AND privacy? When everyone is a bully... no one CAN be a bully. 😉
