Do you mean pasteurisation ?

One is for shelf life/safety, the other is combining the fats into the milk so they don't separate out naturally.

I'm just so tired of "raw this" and "vegan that" and all these other fad-hopping moronic hippies promoting crystal healing and a bunch of other intellectual dead-ends.
