Aren't we trying to disrupt the status quo of people not knowing about protocols? Imagine how much better internet would be if people had more recognition of protocols, which branding can provide. Protocols being less vibisle is the old school thinking that gave us the monopolization of internet we're trying to destroy here, last I checked.
