This issue was likely due to a recent automatic update. We’ve been experimenting with automatic updates, which have their pros and cons: everything has trade-offs. While sometimes necessary, these updates require manual unlocking since Alby Hubs are self-custodial wallets, and the password is used to encrypt the hub.
