Yes Kat in fact, this is a huge accomplishment going three days and day four definitely can be easier.

Here’s the real secret though I learned in my time, it is your identity that needs to be realeased and replaced by a healthier identity that you will be proud of. But here’s the secret within the secret our old identity served a need for us and there’s something about it we liked. so for instance, deep down inside if you think smoking is cool (I did), then you need to find a way to gently let that go and embrace something else about you that you can be proud of and feel cool about yourself and embrace that fully. And if smoking was a stress relief, then you need to embrace other stress relief methods. It might seem simple, but yoga or meditation breath work really is effective especially if you practice it multiple times a day every day.
