I think the % is extremely high for the Venmo still.

Absolutely. You have to remember that most people don't plan for the long term. They are focused on their immediate needs. Paying credit card bills, medical expenses, rent, etc., or taking a vacation.

Yeah. BTC is much more mainstream now so I don’t think the $100 still works but the % is very low either way.
