Highly creepy. Got an email from #Surfshark saying "Just a heads up — you haven't been checking our emails lately, so in 5 days we'll be unsubscribing you from our email communication."

I read this as bragging that Surfshark uses web bugs to determine when people read their email. I open mail as text-only, avoiding detection. They don't like people who do that.

This is especially disturbing from a #VPN company that sells privacy as its main product.
