Does anyone else just eat rock salt by letting them dissolve in your mouth for the sake of keeping your sodium levels up?? Or am i just fucking odd?

I wouldn’t say salt rock but I know people like to put salt under their tongue for that reason

I just meant like un-granulated you know the stuff you put in the grinder. Still chunky
