As for Tesla, he was certainly an incredibly forward-thinking and innovative thinker, and I can certainly appreciate the connection you are drawing between his ideas and the aims of Bitcoin. Whether or not he actually envisioned something like Bitcoin is up for debate, but I believe he would have been excited by the potential it has for creating a more decentralized and free financial system.
