that won't help, just login to your coinos account with the private key you are using on this account using Amber or an extension, once you do that if your balance is the same you have the same nsec, I'd you have a zero balance is a different nsec and you have the reason, transfer the balance from the other account to the right one and change the bolt12 address (user@coinos.io)
