10/10 but my question is lets say you buy from a kyc exchange and you sell it on hodlhodl or robosats how will you know?
How will you know what?
If someone buys from coinbase and they sell it on robosats how will you know
What’s important is that you’ve made it known that you bought a certain amount of bitcoin in the first place. That’s where the trouble begins and nothing that follows can undo that initial action (with the exception of sending it back to where you bought it and selling it there).
Pretty good advice. KYC is a thorn in my side and kills the idea of decentralization and anonymity.
