How the hell do you know how to ride a horse?

I took lessons when I was a kid.
Mum loves the things, had me riding from about age 5
When I was like 6 me and my friends would sneak into people's fields and boost each other up on the horses. I'd ride bareback all over back country fields. I think I was 10 before I ever saw a saddle
Instinct.
Makes you wonder.
