How does this thing actually compare with other miners?
Depends which miner you are talking about, but from our previous gen it’s a pretty big leap in performance (about 4x hashrate and 2x efficiency)
How much energy would this consume compared to another device… such as a desktop running a decent gaming GPU?
It’s about the same, 200-400 watts!
