How is it going with your PiHole experience?
I read you asked about Umbrel best config, I play with it for a while and have two of them installed in different locations running smooth with almost no maintenance required. But only after I removed all apps and left exclusively the Bitcoin Node Core, Electrum Server, Dojo Server and Tailscale.
I didn't bother installing PiHole based on feedback about it being slow, but I may still try it in the near future.
I am loving Umbrel aside from the HTTP login and high RAM usage with electrum server. But I do love the fact that I can run a samba file server behind the scenes on the native OS as well as other server apps that are not included in the Umbrel store.
I am also exploring Start9 at the same time.
Pros: secure login, open source, better performance(RAM?)
Cons: cannot run samba file server in background? no Samourai Dojo support.
