Great, when that exists we can add additional base layers that nostr has been built on top of. Point still stands - nostr is not a base 0 layer. Now do websockets on which nostr is foundationally build on top of.
Never said is a Layer 0, I agree.
I only think that we cannot say that it *need* HTTP to work.
So is a Layer 1.
