I just really don’t think Tyrone is going to suddenly stop selling crack to children in a school zone just because they didn’t give him access to this book.
It’s really just soyjack tech nerd propaganda to make prison seem unfair or unreasonable.
The reality is no inmates except maybe a couple of pedophiles will sign up for the program.
