I read a physical book. Felt sleepy earlier. Had less brain activities. Went to bed without the habit of scrolling on my phone.

I've been reeding online books for some years now.
Last time I had a parperback in my hand I couldn"t even read one page.
The page wasn't clean enough, the letters weren't sharp enough, the font wasn't to my liking, pages were to short, background light was't adjusted to what I wanted, the book itself was too heavy to hold whit three fingers....
It was a mess, I still hadn't read that book.
Haha yea we all have different preferences
I used to read a lot of ebooks. My preference naturally changed and it's also good I eliminate screen time at nights.
