How do I add GIFs to posts and replies on #Nostr ?

Using Amethyst, specifically.
I just record the gif with my screen recorder. Aside from that method IDK.

Download the gif from the internet and then upload it through amethyst to nostr.build
Or paste a link to a gif that's already online.
