There are pros and cons to legalizing marijuana in New York City.
Pros: nobody will get arrested or jailed for a harmless substance.
Cons: the smell of weed is everywhere, the moment I walk out my front door. Fun.
Same in sf. As a non smoker it became another form of local tax. And reason to leave.
