Gm ☕🌞 i successfully mediated my first team conflict for my school team who has been working together for a lil over a year 💪 it has been brewing for a few weeks and some empathy and cleaner communication solved it. i guided the convo resulting in the two conflicting members airing their feelings, independently realizing where they themselves could do better, apologizing to each other, and acknowledging/expressing gratitude for the other. we outlined specific goals for comms for moving forward.

Everything is workable.
